The Star Wars VR series Vader Immortal for Oculus Quest by ILMxLab will be unveiled for the first time as a demo version at the upcoming event Star Wars Celebration from 11 to 15 April.

Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Series was first announced on the Oculus Connect 5 to be the launch title for the upcoming Oculus Quest. So far, only a bit of information about the interactive VR series has been published, now there is an official revelation date by the responsible developer. According to Vader Immortal will be presented for the first time at the upcoming event Star Wars Celebration in April in Chicago and enable the visitors on site a hands-on.

The VR series series takes viewers to the planet Mustafa, the base of Darth Vader, to bring the story of the antagonist closer. The story is to shed light on the events between the films Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars – Episode IV: A New Hope. The VR experience is co-produced by Oculus Studios.

In addition to the revelation, the ILMxLAB will hold a panel discussion on-site to provide more information on the first episode of the VR experience. Author David S. Goyer (known for the film series The Dark Knight) will also be present.
