This week released a new headset VR. No, not Rift S, Quest or Index. This is actually a Nintendo Labo VR, an improvised device for the company’s console switch. Like you, we strive to dive into the kit and find out what it is.
To try the headset in advance, we recommend that you take a look at Best Buy, which will hold a demo in the store with Nintendo Labo VR. Expect to see a demo of a new line of peripherals, which includes blasters, a fan and an elephant’s trunk.
VRcue reminds that the kit will be available for purchase on April 12. Each of them comes with its own mini-games that you can play, and there are also more than 60 other games. You can even make your own games with a relatively simple editor.
Nintendo Labo VR is mainly intended for children, but hardcore VR fans also have reason to pay attention to the new device. Later this month, Nintendo will update both Mario Odyssey and Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and include VR support in these games. The first will include three new mini-missions, while the latter will be played from start to finish in VR. Needless to say, we cannot wait to try these experiments in practice.
