Falcon Age’s first-person adventure will officially be released on PlayStation VR (PSVR) today on April 9 at the PlayStation Store. The VR title reveals a story-driven campaign of combat, hunting and crafting elements. But even those who want to give up fighting elements, comes with the game at his own expense. Developer studio Outerloop Games recently announced a pacifist game mode in which to dispense with confrontation with enemies.
Falcon Age – Available today for PlayStation VR (PSVR) on the PlayStation Store
In the VR action adventure Falcon Age, players immerse themselves in the role of the young falconer Ara, who lives in a dystopian sci-fi future. Following an administrative offense, she is imprisoned in a jail where she meets a feathered companion who will assist her at all times in the future.
Together you break out, but also the life in the open desert world carries numerous dangers. Thus, the invasion of a machine folk ensures the extinction of the planet. To counter this, you become part of a resistance group to drive away the enemy invaders and restore life to the planet.
So you use your falconry skills to hunt and fight, exploring the planet’s surface as you continue to get new hunt-hunting skills. In addition, the VR title includes crafting elements that allow you to create new items and equipment.
To control either the DualShock-4 controller or PS Move Controller are used.
Falcon Age – Imprint mode allows campaign-free campaign
But even VR enthusiasts without fighting ambitions get their money’s worth within the VR title. Developer studio Outerloop Games has found in various demo shows that many players just want to explore the game world and experience the story. The combat elements of the game were more of a hindrance.
Playing with the falcon, story, hunting, and crafting. We decided to add a mode that was optionally called Imprint mode. Enemies do not see you or your falcon in this mode. #falconage pic.twitter.com/gDCeRjgGmT

Accordingly, they developed an optional imprint mode, which removes the fights from the campaign. Here the enemies do not react to the falcon’s actions, allowing players to travel the world in peace.
Falcon Age is officially available today for $ 19.99 at the PlayStation Store for PS4 and PlayStation VR (PSVR).
