Next week, the first episode of Star Wars: Vader Immortal will finally be released on Oculus Rift. As Quest owners already know, this is quite an exciting narrative experience. But this is only the first part of a three-part series. What to expect from the second episode?
According to designer Mohen Leo, we will learn to use force. Leo hinted at this in an E3 Coliseum presentation this week. Anyone who played the first episode of Vader Immortal, will see hints of where the second part leads. Leo actually confirmed it.
“I think, again, [power] such a huge part of the fantasy of all Star Wars fans and all who, again, watched movies at some point, reached out and pretended what it would be like if . You will learn how to move an object with your mind, ”Leo said.
“And so the second episode will really build on this and try to fulfill this fantasy of what it is like to use force.”
In the first episode, the players had to wield a lightsaber. It is important, however, that you almost always had one free hand. Perhaps in the second episode we could see some gesture force controls for your free hand? We also cannot wait to see what this can mean for a superb lightsaber.
At the moment, the release date of the second episode of the application is unknown. We also do not know whether he will come to Quest first or go to Rift at the same time. Many questions, but we just need to be patient and get answers to them.
