If you’re a fan of Men in Black, then you’re in luck. VR company Dreamscape launches a new experience called Men in Black: First Assignment.

This will be the first Dreamscape experience based on a large franchise or brand, making it the company’s biggest move.

The company described the experience as follows:

You will leave your identity behind, rise above the system when you take on your first MIB mission – escorting the royal family of Zartania safely back to the edge of the galaxy aboard intergalactic hoverbikes, evading evil octopuses-alien invaders along the way and hopefully returning to headquarters MIB apartment.

This experience is overseen by Walter Parkes. Parkes was the executive producer for all four People in Black films as well as other major films such as Minority Report. He is the co-founder and co-chairman of DreamWorks. Interestingly, back in the mid-1990s, he helped found DreamWorks, so it is obvious that he has an interest in entertainment technology.

“Our goal in Dreamscape is to combine the emotional power of the cinematic narrative with the epic thrill of amusement rides with MIB: the first task and you will truly become an adventure hero,” said Parkes.
